When you call JRV, an Admissions specialist will be able to assist you in the process of insurance verification and admissions prescreening. Here is a step-by-step guide.  

 

1. Have your insurance information on hand. If you don’t have insurance and need a cash pay price, we have several options. 
    

2. JRV accepts most PPO Insurance plans. We will contact the insurance company to confirm coverage at our facility. 
    

3. Once insurance has been submitted, a brief prescreening is necessary to ensure our program is a good fit for your needs. 
    

4. Pre-Screening completed; we would discuss a day & time that works for you for your intake appointment. 
    

5. This whole process from the beginning of the call until setting up an intake appointment should only take a few hours at most.
